This Privacy Policy describes how SMTP WITH DIGITAL1GROUP, FLEEKSLEEK AND ZEROZENDESIGN WEBSITES (“the App”) accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when connecting to Google services, including Gmail.
1. Purpose of the App
The App is used to provide email functionality for websites operated or managed by Digital1Group, FleekSleek, and ZeroZenDesign.
The App may connect to Gmail through Google OAuth and/or Gmail APIs to authenticate an authorized Google account and enable website-generated emails to be sent through that account.
Examples may include contact-form notifications, transactional emails, administrative notifications, and other website-generated communications.
2. Information We Access
Depending on the permissions granted by the user, the App may access limited Google account information required to authenticate the account and provide email-sending functionality.

4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data.
Google user data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the requested functionality, comply with applicable law, protect against fraud or security threats, or where the user has explicitly authorized such sharing.
5. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
OAuth credentials and access tokens, where stored, are used only to maintain the authorized connection to Google services and are protected using appropriate security measures.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Google user data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App’s functionality or meet applicable legal and security requirements.
Users may revoke the App’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security settings.
If a user requests deletion of data associated with the App, we will delete applicable stored Google user data and authorization information unless retention is required by law.
7. Google API Services
The App’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
The App only requests Google permissions necessary to provide its intended functionality.
8. Third-Party Services
The connected websites may use hosting providers, WordPress, plugins, email infrastructure, security services, or other third-party technologies. Those services may have their own privacy policies and data-processing practices.
This Privacy Policy specifically addresses the handling of information in connection with this App and its Google/Gmail integration.
9. User Control and Revocation
Users remain in control of access granted to their Google account. Authorization may be revoked through the Google Account permissions/security settings.
Once authorization is revoked, the App will no longer be able to use that authorization to access Google services.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed to collect personal information from children and is intended to provide email infrastructure for the connected websites.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to the App, Google API requirements, legal requirements, or our data-handling practices.
